concours a été initié il y a plus de 40 ans par un
couple de chocolatiers, Léon Salavin et Jeanne
Fournier, qui ont confié à la <a

de France</a> la mission d’encourager les jeunes à
concrétiser leur vocation.</span></p>

Jeunes récompense chaque année une vingtaine de
lauréats âgés de 18 à 30 ans aux projets ambitieux et
innovants dans des domaines d’activité variés.</span> </p>

susceptible d’attester de l’implication du candidat
dans le projet ou des compétences développées pour le
